Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; three or four full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; crown, chair-rail and shadow-box moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,525 to 5,400 finished square feet, with base prices from $1,099,990 to $1,349,990.

The Barrington model, with approximately 4,100 square feet, is priced from $1,149,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room. At the rear of the home are a corner library, a powder room, a family room with a wall of windows and the kitchen and breakfast area, a walk-in pantry and a rear staircase. This level also has a mudroom with a closet and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a wall of windows, a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath.
