InterActive Builders Inc. is building 36 single-family homes on 3-acre and larger homesites at the Estates at Heather Knolls II in Hamilton, where residents can enjoy privacy yet be close to Leesburg’s amenities.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a stone or brick water table, a low-maintenance exterior, professional landscaping, and a three-car side-entry garage. Brick, Hardiplank and stone exteriors; paved driveways; and decks are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, extensive hardwood flooring, 9- and 10-foot ceilings, oak stairs, upgraded trim, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets and GE Profile appliances in the kitchen, ceramic tile baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, high-tech wiring, a security system, two- and three-zone gas heat, and gas hot water.

The homes have about 3,800 to 5,500 finished square feet, with base prices from $819,990 to $995,990.

The Chancellor model, with 5,500 square feet, is priced from $995,990. This home features covered front and rear porches leading into two foyers, plus a third covered porch leading into the mudroom.

The main level has a two-story curved rotunda with a sweeping staircase, a living room with columns, a formal dining room, a butler’s pantry and a two-story family room with two walls of windows. The center-island kitchen has an adjacent morning room with a wall of windows and a rear staircase. Upstairs, the master suite has a wall of windows and a separate sitting room.
