Toll Bros. Inc. is building 300 condominium homes at Stratford Club in Leesburg, a gated community where residents can enjoy a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a cyber-cafe, a fitness center, clubroom and lounge areas with a bar and fireplace, a playground, a picnic pavilion and a barbecue area.

Each building in this Loudoun County community will have a stone-and-siding facade, and each home will include a patio or balcony and a one-car garage.

Inside, all seven models have one to three bedrooms; one or two full baths; ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen and baths; 9-foot ceilings; bay windows; crown and shadow-box moldings; a gas fireplace; ceiling fans; a breakfast bar off the kitchen; a washer and dryer; a computer alcove; high-speed Internet access; and gas heat and cooking. Some homes have a loft.

The homes have 810 to 1,364 finished square feet, with base prices from $261,975 to $414,975. Condominium fees are $250 per month for the two-bedroom homes.

The Arlington model, with 810 square feet, is priced from $261,975. This home has a bay window in the bedroom, a walk-in closet and an adjacent bath. The living room has a door to the patio or balcony.

The Georgetown model, with 1,162 square feet, is priced from $364,975. This home features a closet off the foyer, a fireplace in the living room, a dining room next to the kitchen and breakfast bar, and a nearby pantry and laundry room.
