How did you get started in real estate? My friend’s father owned a property management company, and he inspired me to study for my license in New York years ago. I returned to real estate as a property manager years later and got into commercial sales when my employer downsized his management company in 1989.

Most memorable house: The architect of this home was influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright’s design when he created this one-of-a-kind home for his family in the early 1960s. The buyer is still very happy that he bought it.
