K. Hovnanian Cos. is building town homes and condominium homes at Metro Place at the Town Center at Camp Springs in Suitland. Metro Place is across the street from the Branch Avenue Metro station.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn, a lamppost and a one-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, each home features two bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds; and gas heat and hot water.

The town homes have about 1,435 finished square feet, with base prices from $315,990. Homeowner association fees are $65 per month.

The Dupont Circle model, part of the Liberty Series town homes, has a front porch, a lower-level entrance into the foyer and a library. The lower level also has access to the garage and two storage rooms.

The main level features a front dining room open to the center-island kitchen, a powder room and a great room with an optional fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath with a double-sink vanity and linen closet. A bath upgrade with a tub and separate shower is optional.

The second bedroom has a private full bath, and a laundry room and linen closet are located off the hall.
