Inside, all three models feature three bedrooms; 21/2 or 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring throughout most of the main level and in some upper-level rooms; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on all three levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; a finished recreation room; tray ceilings; a security system; high-tech wiring; 42-inch cabinets, granite or Corian counters and stainless-steel appliances in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with porcelain flooring, a whirlpool tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 4,700 to 6,000 finished square feet, with base prices from $1,679,000 to $1,849,000. Homeowner association fees are $195 per month.

The Belvedere model, with 5,000 to 6,000 square feet, is priced from $1,849,000. This home features a recreation room and storage rooms on the lower level, with a curving staircase to the first floor.

The main level features an open living room and dining room, a curving central staircase with columns, a study and a powder room. The kitchen is open to the morning room and family room, each of which has walls of windows facing the patio.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a sitting area, three walk-in closets and a bath.
