Stanley Martin is building 90 arts-and-crafts-style single-family homes on one-fifth-acre homesites in its Mainstreet Series at Brambleton in Ashburn, where residents can enjoy community amenities such as swimming pools, sports fields, clubhouses, tennis courts and a town center.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick water table on four sides, a brick stoop and steps, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; an oak staircase; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters and recessed lighting in the kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in the full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a structured wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,564 to 2,681 finished square feet, with base prices from the upper $500,000s. Monthly homeowner association fees are $201.

The Roycroft model, with 2,666 square feet, features a front porch leading into a two-story foyer, flanked on either side by the formal living room and formal dining room, which have doors to the porch. In the center of the home are a two-story family room with a loft above, a breakfast room with walls of windows, and the kitchen. A mudroom-laundry room links the home with the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with a wall of windows, two walk-in closets and a bath.
