Craftmark Homes is building 35 traditional single-family homes on half-acre to 1-acre homesites at the Paddocks of Brookside in Warrenton, where residents can enjoy a village center, a lake and trails.

Each home in this Fauquier County community will include a brick front, a steeply pitched roof, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car side-entry garage. Stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all 10 models feature four or five bedrooms; two to four full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room and powder room; oak stairs; 9-foot ceilings on the main level and 8-foot-4-inch ceilings on the second level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas or wood-burning fireplace; 42-inch wood cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,963 to 5,675 finished square feet, with base prices from $683,900 to $879,900.

The Kenwood model, with 5,000 square feet, is priced from $847,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a curving staircase, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a corner study, and a two-story family room with a wide bay window surrounding the fireplace and including transom windows above. The center-island kitchen includes a morning room with a bay window and rear staircase.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with multiple windows, two walk-in closets and a bath.
