Beazer Homes is building 39 garage town homes at Arora Hills in Clarksburg, where residents can enjoy open space with streams, parks and nature trails, plus planned amenities including swimming pools and playing fields.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front, 6-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lot, backyard fencing and a detached two-car garage.

Inside, each home features three bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; tray and volume ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a corner tub, a double-sink vanity and a separate shower; a lower-level recreation room; a lower-level plumbing rough-in; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,300 finished square feet. Base prices start at $489,990.

The Wellington model features an open floor plan, with the foyer leading into the living and dining areas, which are defined by columns. The kitchen includes a center island with a cooktop and breakfast bar, plus a breakfast area with a wall of windows, and is open to the family room, which has an optional corner fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a volume ceiling, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms share a hall bath; a laundry room completes this level.

The lower level has a finished recreation room and additional space, which can be completed.
