Inside, all five models feature four or five bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room, kitchen and breakfast area; an oak staircase; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a brick fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and Solaris counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a security system; a high-tech wiring package; a plumbing rough-in for the basement; and gas hot water.

The homes have 2,879 to 4,066 finished square feet, with base prices from $745,000 to $785,000.

The Belmont model, with 3,632 square feet, is priced from $757,000.
