N.V.P. Inc. is building 16 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Alison’s Ridge in Bristow, where residents can enjoy a small community close to Interstate 66 and the Virginia Route 234 bypass.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick water table, professional landscaping, a seeded lawn and a two-car garage. Brick fronts and side-entry garages are optional.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms, two or three full baths and one half bath, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, an oak staircase, a gas fireplace, a center-island kitchen, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,600 to 3,600 finished square feet, with base prices from $569,900 to $674,900.

The Buchanan II model, with 3,100 square feet, is priced from $589,900. This home features a two-story foyer with an adjacent study, a formal living room and a formal dining room. The step-down family room has a fireplace and knee walls with columns to define the entrance to the breakfast area and center-island kitchen, which has a desk and pantry. This model has a powder room and a walk-in closet off the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a cathedral ceiling; a window seat; a separate sitting room; two walk-in closets; and a bath.

Three more bedrooms share a hall bath with a double-sink vanity, and a laundry room completes this level.
