The homes have 2,667 to 4,923 finished square feet, with base prices from $613,990 to $789,990.

The Carter’s Grove model, with 3,490 square feet, is priced from $663,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal dining room and the formal living room, which has windows on two sides. This level also has a walk-in pantry, a butler’s pantry, a rear staircase and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has an L-shaped bedroom with a sitting area; two walk-in closets; and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks.
