Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front with arches, iron railings and heavy trim; a brick stoop; professional landscaping with a sodded yard; and a two-car garage.

The homes have about 3,400 to 4,100 finished square feet, with base prices from $604,990 to $665,990.

The Gleneagle II model, with 4,100 square feet, is priced from $654,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room, each with decorative columns.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with columns, two walk-in closets and a bath.
