Winchester Homes is building 40 single-family homes on 8,000-square-foot homesites at Clarksburg Village in Clarksburg, where residents can enjoy community pools, nature trails, athletic fields and tot lots.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick or stone water table, brick front walks, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.
