The Churchill Group is building 21 traditional single-family homes on lots of 6,000 to 16,000 square feet at Churchill’s Reserve in Potomac.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a craftsman-style exterior with a brick front and sides, beaded vinyl siding, a brick stoop and step, professional landscaping, and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four or five bedrooms; three or four full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring on the first floor; a two-story foyer; 9- and 10-foot ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; a tray ceiling in the dining room; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters, upgraded appliances and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths, laundry room and mudroom; high-tech wiring; dual-zone heating and cooling; and gas hot water.

The homes have about 4,500 to 8,209 finished square feet, with base prices from $1,468,990 to $1,666,990.

The Avonshire model, with 4,600 to 8,209 square feet, is priced from $1,553,990. This home features a circular central staircase, a library, a dining room with columns and a butler’s pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has an octagonal bedroom with walls of windows, a separate sitting room with an optional morning bar, two walk-in closets, a dressing area and a bath.
