Brookfield Homes is building 78 single-family homes on quarter-acre lots at Darbybrook in Berryville, where residents can enjoy a rural location in the Shenandoah Valley.

Each home in this Clarke County community will include maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts and expanded garages are optional.

Inside, all eight models feature three or four bedrooms, two or three full baths and one half bath, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, 42-inch oak cabinets in the kitchen, a private master bath with a double-bowl vanity, ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds, a high-tech wiring package, a plumbing rough-in for the lower level, and gas heat and hot water.

Homes in the Arista Collection also include a gas fireplace with a marble surround, ceramic-tile bath flooring and 9-foot ceilings on the upper level.

The homes have about 1,600 to 5,800 finished square feet, with base prices from $359,990 to $474,990.

The Arista Collection’s Canterbury model, with 3,000 square feet, is priced from $459,990. This home features a living room and dining room flanking the front foyer, an arched hallway, and a corner study next to a rear foyer entrance.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a step-up bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and two sinks. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, share a hall bath.
