K&P; Builders is constructing 17 single-family homes on quarter-acre lots in phase one at Oak Creek in Upper Marlboro, where planned resort-style amenities include a clubhouse, a golf course, lakes, a swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails and concierge services.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, beaded siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all 11 models feature three to five bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood or ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch wood cabinets, Corian or wood-edge counters and recessed lighting in the kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; a security system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,302 to 3,528 finished square feet, with base prices from $522,900 to $589,900.

The Lancaster model, with 2,850 square feet, is priced from $579,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, a corner study, a two-story family room with three walls of windows, a first-floor laundry room, and a center-island kitchen open to the breakfast area and family room.
