NVHomes is building 50 to 70 Colonial-style single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites in the current phase at the Villages of Urbana, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails, basketball courts and, in the future, a town center.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, a brick foundation, vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; two to four full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,972 to 4,463 finished square feet, with base prices from $677,990 to $802,990.

The Clifton Park model, with 4,463 square feet, is priced from $802,990.

This home features a two-story foyer with a grand staircase with wide bottom steps, a living room, a dining room, a study, and a two-story family room with a fireplace and a wall of windows.

The kitchen includes a breakfast area, access to a rear staircase, a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry. The mudroom, adjacent to the laundry room, has a bench and closet.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, walk-in closets and a bath with a cathedral ceiling. Each of three more bedrooms has a walk-in closet and private bath.
