Beazer Homes USA Inc. is building 57 single-family homes on half-acre to 1-acre and larger homesites at Fawn Lake in Fredericksburg, where residents can enjoy a golf course, a lakefront clubhouse, a pool house, tennis courts, a beach, nature trails and playing fields.

Each home in this Spotsylvania County community will include a brick or stone water table on all four sides, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, a deck, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets, Corian counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a plumbing rough-in on the lower level; and dual-zone heat and air conditioning.

The homes have 3,381 to 4,167 finished square feet, with base prices from $694,990 to $814,990.

The Charleston model, with 4,167 square feet, is priced from $814,990. This home features a covered front porch, a two-story foyer, a formal dining room, a formal living room and a corner study with an adjacent powder room.

The step-down family room has a wall of windows and a fireplace and opens onto the breakfast area, which is open to the kitchen. Near the kitchen are a rear staircase, a butler’s pantry, a mudroom with a pantry and closet, a laundry room, and a second family entry with a closet off a covered porch.

The master suite features a sitting room and two walk-in closets. Two more bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath.
