Basheer & Edgemoore is building 111 estate homes on 1- to 5-acre wooded and water-view homesites at River Falls on the Occoquan in Prince William County, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, tennis courts and golf at the Old Hickory Golf Club.

Each home will include a brick front, brick foundations on four sides, a brick or stone stoop, Hardiplank siding, a sodded lawn, and a two-car side-entry garage. Many have covered porches.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; three or four full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, living room, dining room, library and kitchen; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; oak stairs; columns, niches and moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,219 to 4,721 finished square feet, with base prices from the $900,000s.

The Davenport model, with 4,427 square feet, base-priced in the $900,000s, features a two-story foyer, a living room, a library, and a dining room with an adjacent walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry. The kitchen is open to a breakfast area and a hearth room with a fireplace, and the corner family room has two walls of windows and another fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a volume ceiling, a sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath. Three additional bedrooms with walk-in closets and private baths, and a laundry room complete this level.
