Centex Homes is building 184 single-family homes on third-acre and larger lots at Wakeland Manor in Stephens City, where residents can enjoy a clubhouse, community pool and park. Cottage-style homes and town homes are also available.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include maintenance-free 4-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a partially sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; 8-foot ceilings on the upper level; 42-inch oak cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds; an advanced multimedia wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,079 to 3,081 finished square feet, with base prices from $371,990 to $404,990.

The Huntington model, with 3,081 square feet, is priced from $404,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, a corner library and a family room open to the breakfast area and kitchen. Off the kitchen are a walk-in pantry and a laundry room with a closet and an entrance to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a double-door entrance into a separate sitting room, a walk-in closet and a private full bath with a double-sink vanity.

Three more bedrooms; two with walk-in closets, and a second full bath complete this level.
