The Churchill Group is building 119 single-family homes on three-quarter-acre to 1-acre lots at Washington Overlook in Fort Washington, near the Fort Washington Marina and the new National Harbor project. Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms, two or three full baths and one half bath, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, oak stairs, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a structured wiring package, recessed lighting, a plumbing rough-in for the basement, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,817 to 4,029 finished square feet, with base prices from the upper $500,000s to the upper $600,000s.

The Executive model, with 4,029 square feet, features a two-story foyer with a curving staircase, a living room with columns and a dining room with an adjacent butler’s pantry. This home has an octagonal two-story family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with columns and a bay window, two walk-in closets, a dressing area, and a bath with a vaulted ceiling. Two more bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath and a walk-in closet.
