Eakin-Youngentob Associates Inc. is building 120 town homes at Potomac Greens in Old Town Alexandria, where residents can enjoy Old Town’s shops and restaurants, a community pool and clubhouse, and 19 acres of open space.

Each home in this community will include a brick-and-siding exterior with architectural detailing, a brick walkway and stoop, an outdoor terrace, and a two-car rear-entry garage.

The Fairfax model, with 2,995 square feet, is priced from $1,025,000. This home has three finished levels with a foyer, a study, a recreation room and an entrance to the garage on the lower level.

The first level has an open living room and dining room and a center-island kitchen that includes a built-in desk and pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen are a breakfast room with access to a terrace and a family room with a fireplace.

The master suite has a private terrace, a sitting area, two walk-in closets and a bath. The third level has attic space and access to a roof terrace. A loft is optional.
