Patriot is building 23 traditional single-family homes on 8,000- to 10,000-square-foot homesites at Autumn View at Taylor Village in Ellicott City, where residents can enjoy indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, tennis courts, and a community clubhouse.

Each home in this Howard County community will include vinyl siding, concrete foundation walls with a brick pattern, a seeded or sodded lawn and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all 10 models feature four bedrooms; two full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a volume ceiling in the master bedroom; 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic-tile flooring, a soaking tub and separate shower; a plumbing rough-in on the lower level; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,027 to 3,254 finished square feet, with base prices from $645,900 to $705,900.

The John Rutledge model, with 2,705 square feet, is priced from $684,900. This home features a two-story foyer with decorative columns flanked by the formal living and formal dining room and a dramatic octagonal family room with three walls of windows. The main level also has a corner library, a powder room, and a center-island kitchen open to a breakfast area. Tray ceilings can be added to the living room, dining room and family room, and the family room can be sunken.

Upstairs, the master suite has three walls of windows, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath with a corner soaking tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks. Three bedrooms, a hall bath and a laundry room complete this level.
