NVHomes is building 64 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Edinburg Square in Edinburg, in the Shenandoah Valley, with mountain views.

Each home in this Shenandoah County community will include Colonial-style siding, a coach lantern, professional landscaping and a two-car, side-entry garage. Brick fronts and three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; French doors with transoms; 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate glass-enclosed shower; and gas hot water.

The homes have 2,585 to 3,082 finished square feet, with base prices from $399,990 to $438,990.

The Rutherford model, with 2,667 square feet, is priced from $419,990. This home features a two-story foyer with a split staircase accessible from the foyer and kitchen. The formal living room and formal dining room are defined by partial walls, and the center-island kitchen includes a pantry and a breakfast area that is open to a spacious family room with a fireplace and a wall of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath.

This level includes three additional bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room. The two-story foyer can be partially or completely closed off to create a library or a library loft with built-in bookcases or a computer desk.
