M/I Homes is building 42 single-family houses on third-acre to 1-acre homesites at the Fields of Sagamore in Reisterstown, where residents can enjoy a playground and a location near Owings Mills Mall.

Each home in this Baltimore County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms; three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and powder room; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on all three levels; oak stairs; a Colonial trim package; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak raised-panel cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a security system; and gas heat, cooking and hot water.

The homes have 2,932 to 4,160 finished square feet, with base prices from $739,990 to $849,990.

The Potomac II model, with 4,160 square feet, is priced from $804,990. This home features a two-story foyer with a dramatic, wide split staircase at one end, also accessible from the kitchen. The formal dining room, formal living room and hall are each a step down from the foyer, and the library has an adjacent powder room.

The family room has a wall of windows and opens to the hall, with the butler’s pantry, kitchen and breakfast area nearby. A laundry room links the garage with the home.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath.

Two more bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath.
