Beazer Homes is building 62 single-family homes on half-acre homesites at Potomac Crest in Triangle, where residents can enjoy open space with trees and a pond, plus a location near shopping centers and commuter routes.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Stone and brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all 10 models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer; high ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub, a double-sink vanity and a separate shower; high-tech wiring; a bath rough-in on the lower level; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,217 to 3,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $489,990 to $629,990.

The Avery model, priced at $563,990, has 3,152 square feet and features a portico entrance into a two-story foyer with an adjacent double-door entrance into a library. The main level also has a front porch off the living room, a formal dining room, a center-island kitchen and breakfast area with a pantry, a powder room, a laundry room and a step-down family room with a wall of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a step-up into the bedroom, a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath with a tray ceiling.

Two more bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath.
