The Airston Group is building 80 single-family homes on lots of a third-acre at Coventry Glen in Woodbridge, where residents can enjoy nearby amenities such as the Chinn Recreation Center and the Old Hickory Golf Club.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Stucco and stone fronts and three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room, kitchen and breakfast area; oak stairs; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,637 to 4,252 finished square feet, with base prices from $621,900 to $751,900.

The Rutledge model, with 3,648 square feet, is priced from $685,900. This home features a foyer flanked by a living room and dining room, with a staircase set into a two-level bay window at the side of the house. The step-down family room has columns and a two-sided fireplace shared with the kitchen and bay-windowed breakfast area. This level also has a library, a powder room, a rear staircase to the upper level, a mudroom and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with columns, two walk-in closets and a bath.
