An article in yesterday’s editions incorrectly identified the federal government agency responsible for setting definitions for grades of chocolate, including milk, sweet, bittersweet, semisweet and white chocolate. The definitions, referred to as standards of identity, are set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
