K. Hovnanian Homes is building 115 single-family homes on 6,000- to 15,000-square-foot homesites at Arora Hills in Clarksburg, where residents can enjoy open space with streams. Planned amenities include parks, nature trails, swimming pools and playing fields.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a masonry water table, brick front walks and steps, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn, and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 31/2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and kitchen, 9-foot ceilings on all three levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch oak cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring in all baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a structured wiring package, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,200 to 4,162 finished square feet, with base prices from $699,990 to $799,990.

The Bristol model, with 3,774 square feet, is priced from $757,990. This home features a front porch, a two-story foyer with art niches, and a living room and dining room defined by columns, with a coffered ceiling in the dining room. This model has a large kitchen with a butler’s pantry and pantry, a study with an adjacent powder room, and a family room with two walls of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate step-down sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath.
