Last night at Charlotte (N.C.) Coliseum


2Points for Antawn Jamison before he left in the third period with an injured right knee. The last time Jamison scored just two points in a game was March17, 2004 as a member of the Dallas Mavericks.


With the scored tied at 84, Wizards guard Laron Profit tipped in Juan Dixon’s miss with 3.1 seconds to play for the winning basket.


JUAN’S BACK: The Wizards activated Juan Dixon, who had been on the injured list since spraining an ankle Feb15. He played seven minutes and did not score.

JARVIS DEALING: Wizards guard Jarvis Hayes is having trouble accepting the fact that he’s going to miss four to six weeks because of a broken kneecap. “I think about it every day. I haven’t gotten past it yet,” Hayes said. “I’m just trying to get back ASAP. I guess I have to look at it on the brighter side, that I’m missing games now but [Larry Hughes is] back.”
