Last night at Madison Square Garden in New York

0Shots made in eight attempts for Wizards forward Kwame Brown.

The Wizards were within a point at 64-63 when the Knicks’ Jamal Crawford hit a 3-pointer. The Knicks scored 12 more unanswered points for a 79-63 advantage.

When Larry Hughes was called for a foul while defending Stephon Marbury on a drive, Washington coach Eddie Jordan turned to referee Monty McCutchen and said: “When we had him with the Nets, you said he was initiating the contact. Now he’s with the Knicks and it’s a foul.” McCutchen laughed at Jordan’s line.
