Ryan Homes is building single-family homes on quarter-acre to third-acre homesites at Oak Creek in Upper Marlboro, where residents can enjoy a golf course, pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse with a fitness center and restaurants, a park, trails, and concierge services within a gated community.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all eight models feature four or five bedrooms; two to four full baths and one half bath; hardwood or ceramic flooring in the foyer, powder room, kitchen and laundry room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch maple or cherry cabinets, Corian counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and a security system.

The homes have 2,249 to 3,893 finished square feet, with base prices from $573,900 to $689,900.

The Balmoral model, with 3,893 square feet, is priced from $689,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a split staircase with a back entrance from the family room and a living room and dining room, each with columns.

This level also has a study, a generously sized kitchen and breakfast area with two pantries, a butler’s pantry, a mudroom with a bench and closet, a laundry room, and the dramatic two-story family room with a wall of windows.
