Toll Bros. is building 158 town homes at the Greens at Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, where residents can enjoy a golf course; a clubhouse with concierge services, dining rooms and a ballroom; plus a recreation center with swimming, tennis, basketball and volleyball facilities.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded yard, a deck and a one-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all three models feature three finished levels with two bedrooms; 21/2 baths; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; hardwood flooring in the foyer; crown moldings; 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen; vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms and master bath; ceramic-tile flooring and tub surrounds in full baths; a master bath with a tub; advanced structure wiring for phone, cable and Internet access; a plumbing rough-in on the lower level; and gas heat.

The homes have about 1,690 to 1,790 finished square feet, with base prices from $378,975 to $404,975.

The Chancellor model, with 1,790 square feet, is priced from $403,975 to $404,975. This home features a foyer entrance on the lower level opening into the recreation room, which has a wall of windows. The lower level includes a laundry room, a closet and a utility closet off the garage.

The second level includes an open living room and central dining room, a powder room, and a country kitchen and breakfast area with a center island and pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath. The second bedroom has a private bath and a large closet.
