Winchester Homes Inc. is building 29 single-family homes on quarter-acre to half-acre homesites at Auburn Village in Sandy Spring, where residents can enjoy walking trails, play areas, and nearby shopping and entertainment.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick, brick-and-siding or stone-and-siding facade; professional landscaping; and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper level; oak stairs; a deluxe interior trim package; a masonry fireplace; granite counters and double wall ovens in the kitchen; a master bath with ceramic-tile flooring, a tub and a separate shower; a security system; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,970 to 4,502 finished square feet, with base prices from $735,000 to $980,000.

The Randall model, with 4,066 square feet, is priced from $896,000. The kitchen includes a center island with a breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry and a breakfast area with a bay window.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a sitting area in a bay window off the bedroom, two walk-in closets, a dressing area with a vanity and a bath.

Two other bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private bath. This level also has a laundry room.
