Pulte Homes Inc. is building 86 single-family homes on third-acre homesites at Palisades in Upper Marlboro near the Boulevard at Capital Centre, Six Flags America and several golf courses.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, double-hung windows and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms; three full baths and one or two half-baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings; a library, dining room and living room; ceramic-tile flooring in kitchen, laundry room and full baths; 42-inch maple cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; Category 5 wiring and multimedia outlets; ceiling fan pre-wiring; and gas heat.

The homes have 3,784 to 4,018 finished square feet, with base prices from the mid-$600,000s.

The Fremont model, with 3,784 square feet, is priced from the mid-$600,000s. This home features a two-story foyer with a curving staircase, art niches, a library, a dining room with a box ceiling, a butler’s pantry, and a kitchen with an adjacent breakfast area with windows on two sides and a rear staircase. A sunroom can be added off the breakfast area.

The focal point for the main level is a two-story great room with a fireplace, a decorative column and a wall of windows. The main level also has a mudroom and laundry room.

The first-floor master suite includes a double-door entrance, a tray ceiling, a luxury bath with a separate soaking tub and shower, and a deep walk-in closet.

Upstairs are an open loft, two more bedrooms that share a hall bath and a fourth bedroom with a private bath.
