Beazer Homes USA Inc. is building 115 single-family homes on 6,000-square-foot homesites at Potomia in Lucketts, where planned amenities include a swimming pool and clubhouse.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, a coach light and a detached two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms, two or three full baths and one half bath, hardwood flooring in the foyer, volume ceilings on the main level, a gas fireplace, 42-inch oak cabinets in the kitchen, a tray ceiling in the master bedroom, ceramic-tile flooring in all baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a three-piece rough-in for a lower-level bath, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,693 to 3,146 finished square feet, with base prices from the low to upper $600,000s.

The Chandler model, with 3,146 square feet, is priced from the upper $600,000s. This home features a front porch with columns and a foyer entrance flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room.

The main level includes a library with a walk-in closet and a family room with a wall of windows and an arched entrance to the breakfast area. The open center-island kitchen and breakfast area includes an angled wall of windows and a glass door to the rear yard near the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath.

Two more bedrooms share a connecting bath. This level has a laundry room, a third full bath and a fourth bedroom with a walk-in closet.
