Centex Homes is building 117 town homes at Metroplace at Town Center in Suitland, a gated community where residents can walk to the Branch Avenue Metro station and the future town center at Camp Springs.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a deck and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, both models feature three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer and powder room; volume ceilings on the second and third levels; 42-inch oak raised-panel cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a structured wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,580 finished square feet, with a base price of $359,990. Homeowner association fees are $85 per month.

The Savannah model features a two-car garage on the lower level with flexible space available for a home office, exercise room or guest bedroom.

The first floor features a front living room, a central dining room with an optional three-sided fireplace, a closet and a powder room. At the back of the home are an open family room and kitchen with a pantry and an atrium door to the deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath with a double-sink vanity. The master bath can be altered with a tub or a large shower.

Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
