NVP Inc. is building 59 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Silver Leaf Estates in Bristow, where residents can enjoy a location near golf courses, parks and shopping areas.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick water table, vinyl siding; professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature three or four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; a built-in desk in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,400 to 3,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $629,900 to $734,900. Homeowner association fees are $90 per quarter.

The Buchanan II model, with 3,100 square feet, is priced from $649,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a study, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a center-island kitchen open to the breakfast area and a step-down family room with a fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a window seat, a cathedral ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath. A fireplace and a balcony can be added to this suite.

Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level. An alternate floor plan adds a fifth bedroom in place of the master sitting room.
