Comstock Homebuilding Cos. Inc. is building 600 loft-style condominiums at River Club at Belmont Bay in Woodbridge, within walking distance of a Virginia Railway Express station.

Belmont Bay includes a swimming pool, walking and biking trails and a golf course.

Each building in this Prince William County community has garage parking and a low-maintenance exterior with brick veneer. Some homes include a balcony with a decorative metal railing. Rooftop terraces offer views of the golf course and Potomac and Occoquan rivers.

Inside, all eight models feature one to three bedrooms; one to three full baths, and some include a half bath; ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer; 10-foot smooth-finish ceilings; crown, shadow box and chair-rail moldings; Comstock “[email protected]” wiring for in-house networking, satellite and communications systems; and horizontal blinds.

The homes have 1,048 to 2,387 finished square feet, with base prices from $384,000 to $885,000. Condominium fees are about $200 to $300 per month.

The Greenwich model, with 2,387 square feet, is priced from $885,000. This home features a central living room with a fireplace, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a balcony and a study on the first level. In addition, there are two bedrooms on this level, each with a walk-in closet. One has an adjacent full bath, the other includes a private bath with a dual-sink vanity and a soaking tub and separate shower.

Upstairs are a loft study and a third bedroom with a walk-in closet, two more closets and a private full bath with a dual-sink vanity, a corner tub and a separate shower.
