NVHomes is building seven single-family homes on 11/2- to 4-acre homesites at Ashton Preserve in Ashton.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front and stoop, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a three-car, side-entry garage. Brick sides are optional.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; three or four full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the top two levels; crown moldings; tray, cathedral and coffered ceilings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch maple cabinets and Solaris solid surface counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,979 to 5,618 finished square feet, with base prices from $1,439,990 to $1,664,990. Homeowner association fees have yet to be determined.

The Monticello model, with 4,923 square feet, is priced from $1,579,990. This home features a two-story foyer with a split staircase, decorative columns and a two-story family room with a fireplace and a rear staircase. The main level has a formal living room, a formal dining room, a corner study, a powder room, and an expansive breakfast area open to the kitchen, which has a walk-in pantry.



Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath. Three additional bedrooms each have a walk-in closet and a private full bath.
