Brookfield Homes is building 210 two- to four-level condominiums at River Oaks in Woodbridge, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, bath house and tot lots.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include large windows, stone accents, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a one-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature two to four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on all levels; crown moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets in the open kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; an advanced multimedia wiring package; a security system; and gas heat.

The homes have 1,475 to 2,563 finished square feet, with base prices from the mid-$300,000s to the mid-$400,000s. Condominium fees have yet to be determined.

The Gibson model, with 2,563 square feet, is priced from the mid-$400,000s. This home features a lower-level entrance with an adjacent garage.



The first level has a powder room or optional full bath, a study or optional bedroom, a closet and a set for French doors leading to the balcony.

On the second level, the open floor plan includes a dining room, a living room, French doors leading to a balcony, a center-island kitchen with a pantry and an adjacent powder room.
