Beazer Homes Corp. is building 150 single-family homes on 7,000- to 12,000-square-foot homesites at Coles Run Manor in Manassas, where residents can enjoy a location near commuter routes, a swimming pool, tennis courts, parks, a recreation center and golf courses.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stucco fronts are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; high ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,277 to 3,058 finished square feet, with base prices from $524,990 to $605,990.

The Windsor II model, with 3,058 square feet, is priced from $605,990. This home features a front porch, a two-story foyer flanked by the living and dining rooms, a corner library and a two-story family room with windows on three sides. The kitchen includes a breakfast area with a bay window and an adjacent laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a walk-in closet and a bath.

Three more bedrooms share a hall bath, and a loft overlooks the family room.

The loft can be replaced with a walk-in closet or additional bath, and the two-story spaces can be closed to add a bedroom and another bath.
