Mitchell & Best Homes Inc. is building 100 town homes with four finished levels at Maple Lawn in Fulton, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, a fitness center and a planned commercial district with shops and restaurants.

Each home in this Howard County community will include a brick and/or stone front, James Hardie beaded fiber-cement siding, a flagstone stoop, a private courtyard with a cobblestone paving stone patio and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three to five bedrooms; three to six full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring on the main level; oak stairs; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on the main and second level; crown, base and chair-rail moldings; an electric fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,700 to 5,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $761,900 to $900,900.

The Windsor model, with 4,900 to 5,700 square feet, is priced from $900,900. This home features a media room, game room, full bath and storage rooms on the lower level.

The main level includes a living room, a formal dining room, a family room open to the kitchen, and a breakfast room facing a private courtyard. The garage is attached to the breakfast room. The second level has the master suite plus a laundry room and a second bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bath. The third level has a study and a bedroom.
