Mid-Atlantic Builders Inc. is building 79 single-family homes on third-acre homesites at Timber Ridge in Clinton, near Six Flags America and the Boulevard at Capital Centre.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include brick pattern foundation walls, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak raised-panel cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; a plumbing rough-in; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,720 to 3,409 finished square feet, with base prices from $574,990 to $663,990. Homeowner association fees are $42 monthly.

The Somerset model, with 3,368 square feet, is priced from $624,990. This home features a foyer leading to a central staircase, a living room and dining room with columns, and a two-story family room with a dramatic window wall. In one corner is a study. A laundry room and powder room are nearby. The kitchen opens to a breakfast room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with windows wrapping three sides of the room, a tray ceiling in the bedroom, a double-size walk-in closet and a bath with a vaulted ceiling.

Three more bedrooms share a hall bath.
