InterActive Builders Inc. is building 13 single-family homes on 2- to 4.73-acre homesites at Hedgebrook Hills in Winchester, where residents can enjoy the privacy of a large homesite along with a location near Apple Blossom Mall.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car side-entry garage. Brick or stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a three-piece plumbing rough-in for the basement; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,700 to 3,360 finished square feet, with base prices from $579,900 to $614,900.

The Winterberry model, with 3,060 square feet, is priced from $599,900. This home features a covered front porch, a two-story foyer, a study, a formal living room and a formal dining room with columns. Across the rear of the home are an open kitchen, breakfast area with a breakfast bar and a family room with an adjacent laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath.

Three more bedrooms share a hall bath. A bonus room with closets and a storage closet can be used for multiple purposes.
