Patriot Homes Inc. is building 128 town homes at Hagers Crossing in Hagerstown, where residents can enjoy an array of recreational amenities including a community center, a swimming pool, two soccer fields, a baseball field, a basketball court, two tennis courts, walking trails and playgrounds.

Each home in this Washington County community will include vinyl siding, poured concrete foundation walls with a brick pattern, and professional landscaping. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all the homes feature three bedrooms; two full baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; interior columns; oak handrails; oak cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; a security system; a three-piece plumbing rough-in for the basement; and gas heat and hot water.

Each Lexington model has about 1,280 to 1,408 finished square feet, with base prices from $250,980 to $295,180.

This home features a main-level foyer entrance, a living room and dining room defined by columns, and an open kitchen and breakfast area with a pantry and optional built-in desk.

Upstairs, the master suite has a wall closet and a private full bath. Two additional bedrooms share a hall bath.

An alternate second-floor plan has a loft in place of the third bedroom.

The lower level is unfinished.

The living space can be expanded with a three-level sunroom addition that includes a lower-level and first-level sunroom, plus a luxury master bath upstairs.
