Winchester Homes Inc. is building 118 town homes at Montjoy near Ellicott City, where residents can enjoy two swimming pools, a pool house and a walking trail.

Each home in this Howard County community will include a brick front, professional landscaping with a sodded lawn and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, all the Victory Series models feature three bedrooms; 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 12-foot ceilings in the finished lower-level recreation room; cathedral and vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms; 42-inch cabinets and solid-surface counters in the kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in the full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; a plumbing rough-in for the basement; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,200 finished square feet, with base prices from the $520,000s for interior units and the $530,000s for end units.

The homes include a three-level bonus space that expands the kitchen with a morning room, the master suite with a larger bath or a sitting room, and adds an exercise room or office to the lower level.

The Victory Series homes offer buyers a choice of floor plans for each level, which can be mixed and matched.

Upstairs, buyers can choose between two three-bedroom plans and a plan with two master suites.

Three lower-level plans are available with a one-car garage, a two-car garage or a full basement.
