Ryland Homes is building 43 town homes with three finished levels at Hamilton Court in Stephens City, where residents can enjoy a tot lot, bike trail and the nearby Sherando Park and Recreation Center.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a sodded lawn. One-car garages are available on some homes. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms; 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch oak cabinets in the kitchen; ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,830 to 1,980 finished square feet, with base prices from $320,990 to $324,990.

The Pembrook model, with 1,980 square feet, is priced from $324,990. This home features a lower-level entrance into a two-story foyer. This level has a bedroom, a full bath, a recreation room, a laundry room and a storage room.

The main level features an open living room and dining room, a powder room, and a family room open to the center-island kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private full bath with a dual-sink vanity.

Two more bedrooms share a hall bath. One bedroom has a walk-in closet.

A three-level sunroom addition adds a sunroom to the recreation room, a sunroom off the breakfast area and an enlarged bath to the master suite.
