Ryan Homes is building 99 single-family homes on third-acre homesites at Earnshaw Estates in Brandywine, where residents can enjoy a location near the Louise F. Cosca Regional Park and the Marlton Golf Course.

The builder is offering $10,000 in closing costs to buyers who use the preferred mortgage company.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front and a two-car garage with an automatic garage door opener.

Inside, all eight models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a fireplace; a center-island kitchen; and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have 1,944 to 3,694 finished square feet, with base prices from $505,900 to $600,900.

The Courtland model, with 2,907 square feet, is priced from $550,900. This home features a two-story foyer, double French doors that open into the study, a formal living room and a formal dining room that can be accessorized with a tray ceiling, bay window and columns.

The center-island kitchen includes a pantry, a breakfast area and access to the mudroom/laundry room. The family room opens onto the breakfast area and includes a wall of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a cathedral ceiling, a walk-in closet, a second closet and a bath. Three more bedrooms share a hall bath.
